Having practiced yoga for 20 years, I am now able to offer my own tailored approach to teaching yoga (poetic Yin yoga (slow practice) and Yang (Vinyasa, dynamic flow) and sound healing. and resonance).
I'm able to combine my passion for travel and tourism (with local cuisine and wines) by offering yoga escapades/retreats, partnering with collaborators from a range of health practice specialisations.

Entrepreneurship Project: Stay tuned for a very upcoming fashion launch. I remain passionate about this environment in which I have evolved over fifteen years which combines aesthetics, design quality as well as ethics.
