The experience of yoga is intimately linked to environment in which we practice it, but that's not to say that we should only be in pristine and calm environments...you can also push the boundries and practice in urban and noisy environments.
Practicing outdoors can be a rich, full sensorial opportunity, that takes us out of our typical reference points of indoor rooms and studios, and raise our consciousness.
Here are some ideas and challenges of where you might practice.
You work car park
A detour on your daily commute to a suitable location
City parks
Church grounds
Playing fields
Any waterside locations...river/canal/lake walks
Let you imagination run, and explore new boundries!
