How to choose the Yoga type that’s right for you

Yoga has dozens if not hundreds of schools of practice, as it has evolved over the centuries.


It is crucial to have an informed connection between what your needs are and the specific characteristics of each school of yoga.


The two main schools of yoga can be looked at through the lenses of the Yin and Yang energies.


My offer has from the beginning been inspired by integrating both these main approaches, offering a balance and contrast.


Plus my practice is deepened in bringing multiple forms of energy work and contemplation such as vibration/sounds and poetry reading.
